Article summary

Follow the instructions in this article to learn how to create, locate and interpret interactive, real-time and extract delivery reports.

Use delivery reports to check on pacing, spend, delivery performance VCR, CTR and revenue.

There are three types of delivery reports:

  • The interactive report contains delivery data for your buyer account going back up to a year ending the day prior to the report being generated and can be fully customized.
  • The real-time report displays live data for a specified period and provides the option to filter the results along six pre-selected dimensions.
  • The extract report is fully customizable and can either be generated immediately or scheduled for a future date and time. It does not display any data on-screen.

Follow the instructions below to create Interactive, Real-Time and Extract reports.

Once at least one dimension and metric have been selected, the report is auto-generated and displayed in the main table of the Interactive Report page.

Add a date range (Optional)

Clicking on the Date Range will open the Date Picker control. Use the date picker control to select a date range of the last 7 days, last month, last 30 days or last 90 days as well as a custom range and time zone. The custom range can go back up to a year from the current date.

By default, the date range consists of the last 7 full days of data ending with the date preceding the current day.

Click Apply to complete the selection of the date range.

Filter the results

The Add filters bar is located just under the Template selector. One or more filter(s) can be selected to refine the results of the combination of metrics and dimensions selected earlier without having to select or unselect dimensions. Once a filter is selected, only data relevant to that filter will be displayed.

  • Data must be filtered on an insertion order ID or a single advertiser in order to unlock 3P data. This is to prevent mixing data from different time zones.
  • If data is filtered by time zone, the selected time zone must match that of the 3P data as defined in the advertiser settings.
