Once you have finished configuring your flight, you can now launch your flight.
The following buttons change based on the status of your flight.
Flight state | Button | Description |
---|---|---|
SETUP (non-running) | Save & Launch | This button appears the first time you start a flight, for the initial launch. This will save your flight and run it at the Start Date you defined in the From field located in the Schedule section. The From field will be locked from this point and cannot be changed. |
RUNNING | Save & Deploy | This button appears for flights that had been run at least one time, meaning that the initial launch was done. This will save and deploy your changes to the running flight for adjusting the current delivery. |
Pause | In the upper right-hand corner, this button appears for flights that are running. Clicking on this button will pause your flight, and stop all delivery. To pause flights, the campaign should be in the RUNNING state. | |
PAUSED (non-running) | Resume | In the upper right-hand corner, this button appears for flights that are not currently running but had delivered. Clicking on this button will resume delivery of your flight. |
Some considerations to take into account after you have launched a flight:
- Changing end date may result in delivery disruption or spike in campaign spending.
- If you resume a flight, changes may result in spike in campaign spending. We recommend creating a new flight.
