A convenient way to create a new campaign is to duplicate an existing campaign and change the settings according to your needs. Instead of recreating a campaign from scratch, this method is a shortcut and saves you time as data from the source campaign will be prepopulated.
There are several reasons why you may want to do this:
- Specifying a different budget while using the same strategy.
- Running flights on different dates.
You cannot duplicate a campaign if the associated flight benefits from a Programmatic Guaranteed deal.
- On the Campaign Listing page, under the Actions column, click the three dots and select Duplicate.
You can also duplicate a campaign from the Campaign Show Page by clicking the three dots in the upper-right hand corner.
- You will be redirected to the Campaign Edit page. A mention
- copy
will be attached to the campaign name and will be set in the Setup state. - See Set up a Campaign to configure your new campaign.
- Once your campaign is set, click Duplicate Campaign in the bottom right-hand corner to confirm.
- You will be directed to the Duplicate task page. At this stage, you have the option to either keep the page open or work on other tasks. You will receive an email notification once your request has been processed with a link to the duplicated campaign.
