Perform basic steps
A Content Based Partner Smart Audience allows you to optimize targeting efforts to achieve business goals more effectively. This campaign allows you to promote specific content, or genre of content, on a Connected TV (CTV) app.
It drives users to stream specific content available within an app and increase app engagement. You can promote a single title or a very small set of titles to target those who are likely to be interested in promotional content.

The following procedure outlines a summary of tasks.
Select the Connected TV App Content Based Promotion use case.
Provide an Audience Name.
Click +Add in the App Name field to add app names to your audience. The Select Your App list displays.
Enter the name of your app, or External ID number, in the search field. Select the app in the list and click Add App.
Some apps appear as duplicates; in these cases, create a Standard Audience for each listing while making note of the App ID that has the most users, then select that instance in the Smart Audience feature.
- Enter Target Content Type.
