    Requesting Access

    1. Email the address that was configured during the onboarding process ([businessname].ads@samsung.com).
    2. Be sure to provide a valid name and email address for each user account you want to create.

    Once you receive a response to the email, each user whose account was requested must use the Forgot Password? link.

    This will send a password reset email instructing the user how to create their own password for the platform.

    Samsung DSP enables Buyer Manager accounts to add user accounts under a buyer account. See Buyer Manager Role for more information.

    Logging in

    1. Go to Samsung DSP and enter your email address and password.

    2. Use the Forgot Password link if you need to reset your password or create a new password to sign in for the first time after registering your account.

    3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

    We would like to inform you that user accounts are deactivated if there is no activity for a period of 30 days. Prior to deactivation, you will receive two notifications as a reminder.
    The first email will be sent 5 days before deactivation highlighting the impending deactivation. The second email will be sent after the account deactivation. The deactivation email will contain detailed instructions on how to reactivate your account.

    User Settings

    If necessary, you can update your personal information and more, or even your password in the User Settings section.

    1. In the left panel, click on Settings and select User Settings.

    2. Once you have entered your information, clicking the Update user button will save the changes to your user settings. Clicking the Cancel button will discard the entered data without making any changes to your user settings.
