Samsung DSP allows you to manage reach and frequency across linear and streaming channels, measure full-funnel attribution at the household level, scale your reach across any inventory source, and optimize efficiency by leveraging our deterministic data and yours.
This topic covers getting started in Samsung DSP by requested access from your Account Representative and establishing your credentials.
Requesting Access
You can request credentials by contacting your Account Representative.
- Email the address configured during the onboarding process ([businessname].ads@samsung.com).
- Provide a valid name and email address for each user account you want to create.
After you receive a response to the email, use the Forgot Password? link for each new account to create a unique password for the platform.
Samsung DSP enables Buyer Manager accounts to add user accounts under a buyer account. Learn more about the Buyer Manager Role.
Logging in
- Navigate to Samsung DSP and type your email address and password.
- Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password or create a new password to sign in for the first time after registering your account.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
User accounts are deactivated if there is no activity for a period of 30 days. Prior to deactivation, two reminder notifications are sent to the email address associated with the inactive account.
The first email is sent 5 days before deactivation highlighting the impending deactivation. The second email is sent after the account deactivation. The deactivation email contains detailed instructions on how to reactivate your account.
User Settings
You can update your personal information, time zone, and password in the User Settings section.
In the left panel, click on Settings and select User Settings.
After updating your information, click the Update user button to save your changes.
