Creative Duplication

The Duplicate feature enables the instantiation of multiple creatives in a single step.
This is achieved by duplicating the assets and settings from the source creative. Settings for any duplicate instance can thereafter be customized.

Duplicate a Creative

From Creative listings From Creative Details page From Creative Edit page
From the Creatives Listing page, click the three dots and select Duplicate. From the Creatives Details page, click the three dots, then select Duplicate.
NOTE: You can access the Creative Details page by clicking the creative name on the Listing page OR the Details option from the three dots button.
 From the Creatives Edit page, click the three dots, then select Duplicate.
NOTE: You can access the Edit option on the Creative Details page OR from the three dots button on the Creative Listing page.

Any edits made in the original form before clicking the duplicate button, even before updating the creative, will apply to all duplicates.

  1. Select the number of duplicates you wish to create.
  2. Fields for each copy will be generated. The default name for each copy will be in the format <original-name>-Copy(number). These names can be edited.
  3. By default, the option to copy over all the third party trackers is selected. These will copy over for all the duplicate instances. If you wish to avoid copying the trackers, you may clear them by selecting the Clear all the third party trackers option via the radio button.
  4. Click Confirm to duplicate the creatives.
  5. A confirmation message will be displayed once the creative has been successfully duplicated and you will be redirected to the first duplicated creative edit page.

Edit Creatives

  • Add any customizations to the first duplicated creative.

Unlike the duplication process, which enables the creation of multiple instances of a creative in a batch, editing of the creatives must be performed individually.

To edit the other duplicated creatives (if you have created multiple duplicates):

From the Creative Listing page From the Creative Details page
  1. Click the three dots on the Creative Listing page and select Edit.
  2. On the Creative Edit page, make any modifications.
  3. Click Update Creative to save your changes.
  1. Click the creative name on the Listing page. This will take you to the Creative Details page. Click Edit.
  2. On the Creative Edit page, make any modifications.
  3. Click Update Creative to save your changes.
