Overview
Welcome to the Advanced Analytics Dashboard (the Dashboard).
The Dashboard is a data visualization tool that provides you with a holistic view of campaign performance in an interactive, easy to understand interface.
It displays campaign delivery data in real-time and incremental reach report metrics in interactive charts on two different dashboards:
- Advertiser dashboard: provides an overview of overall performance
- Campaign dashboard: provides detailed delivery metrics and displays incremental reach data published from DSP

Campaign dashboard
The Dashboard displays real-time delivery data, including the number of daily, weekly, and monthly conversions as well as incremental reach (IR) data.
Unlike delivery data IR data must be generated and published individually.
Delivery data
You can learn about the delivery data displayed in the dashboard by hovering your mouse over the highlighted sections.
You can view the Conversions over Time graph in the Delivery tab.
Hover your mouse over the sections outlined in yellow on the screenshot below for information about the different parts of this screen and how to use them.
Delivery data is displayed based on the time-zone set in your DSP user settings
Incremental reach data
You can view incremental reach (IR) data by generating it in DSP and publishing it to the Dashboard using the following two step process.
In DSP:
Generate an IR report
On the Incremental Reach screen, publish the report to the Dashboard by clicking on the export icon under the actions column. The dashboard export column updates when processing is complete.
Reports can only be exported if
- they have successfully finished processing and their status is set to AVAILABLE and/or
- they contain one campaign
On the Dashboard:
To view your IR data, click on the Incremental Reach tab on the Campaign Dashboard screen.
Reports that include an audience universe are actively displayed in the tab next to the Samsung Universe.
The IR tab does not automatically update on the Dashboard. It reflects the IR on the date that the report was generated in DSP.
To view up-to-date IR data, create and publish a new IR report in DSP.
Learn more about the data displayed in the dashboard by hovering your mouse over the highlighted sections.
FAQs
Data
- What time zone does the Dashboard use?
The Dashboard uses the time zone set in the DSP user settings.
- How is reach calculated?
We calculate reach, the count of unique devices that were exposed to your campaign, differently depending upon the device:
- For Samsung TVs, we count individual TVs.
- For mobile devices with an available mobile ID, we use that ID.
- In all other circumstances, we rely on the household as determined by the IP address.
Publishing incremental reach reports
- What happens if my export fails?
If your export to the Dashboard fails, duplicate, regenerate and export your report again.
- What happens if I export more than one Incremental Reach report for the same campaign?
The IR tab will display the latest report. The Dashboard does not display multiple IR report data.
- Can I export an incremental reach report more than once?
No, you can only export an incremental reach report once. If you want to view incremental reach data on the Dashboard that you previously published, duplicate the report in DSP, generate and export it to the Dashboard
- Why is the Export to Dashboard option not enabled in the DSP?
Export to dashboard is available after a report has been successfully created. Export to dashboard is disabled when:
(1) The report is still processing and the status is PROCESSING and/or
(2) The report has already been exported to the dashboard.
The dashboard export column will display to let you know that it is ready and waiting for you on the Dashboard.
