The role of the Planner involves supervising the progress of a campaign to ensure that the advertiser's campaign objectives are met.
The Planner is responsible for verifying that all campaign configuration parameters, such as schedule, state, budget, and others, are correctly set.
In order to guarantee the success of the campaign and achieve optimal delivery performance, the Planner closely monitors the campaigns and promptly contacts the Platform Specialist if any optimization is required or abnormality is detected based on the campaign's metrics.
This proactive approach ensures that the campaign is continuously optimized to meet its goals.
The following article is applicable only if you have access to the Planner account type (i.e., role). See Change Account for more information.
If you don't, please contact your Account Manager, i.e., Admin, or your Buyer Manager.
