The Batch Actions feature enables you to perform an action on multiple items in batch, such as applying a setting(s), instead of individually for each item. This allows you to perform otherwise repetitive tasks more efficiently.
By default, the Batch Actions button is grayed out. To enable this feature, you need to pick at least two items in the list.
The Batch Actions drop-down lists are contextual menus available for Creatives, Campaign Groups, Campaigns, and Flights.
- On the Flight Listing section, select at least two flights to enable the Batch actions option.
- Edit flights:If you click on this option, you will be directed to the New Batch Edit page. See New Batch Edit.
- Duplicate flights: Use this option if you want to duplicate the selected Flights.
- In the pop-up window, click on Duplicate to confirm.
- In the lower left-hand corner, a notification will invite you to click on the details hyperlink to see your task on the Batch Actions page.
- The duplicated Flights will be added to the Campaign with the mention “- copy” attached to their name and will be set in the Setup state.
- In the pop-up window, click on Duplicate to confirm.
- Change status: Use this option to change the flight status (Setup, Running, Paused, Archived)
New Batch Edit (Edit flights)
- Batch operation name: You can leave this field as is or enter a new description for the batch operation.
Search And Edit Parameters
- To update your Flights, you can either type the setting you want to change in the search bar or use it as a drop-down list to navigate per category.
This acts as a shortcut to the parameters you set in the Flight Edit page.
- Once you changed the parameters, click on Add to Changes. Your changes will be reported in the Updated Fields section.
- By default, the Send an email notification when the process is finished is checked and will email you once the batch action is completed. You may untick that checkbox if you do not wish to receive an email notification.
- Click on Confirm Changes to apply your changes.
- In the lower left-hand corner, a notification will invite you to click on the details hyperlink to see your task on the Batch Actions page.
