This document outlines the guidelines and requirements for importing creatives to Samsung DSP.

This document covers general specifications for all creative types. To view the requirements for a specific creative type, select the article about your selected creative type from the Creative Types folder.

These specifications are essential to ensure that ads are displayed accurately across various platforms and devices while also maintaining compliance with industry standards.

General requirements

The following requirements apply for all ad assets.

  • File format: All ads must match the file format of the selected creative type. The formats accepted for each creative type can be found by selecting + New Creative and then selecting All Formats Discovery.
    • For example, all Interactive Video Ads must be MP4/Video format and all Mobile Banner ads must be either JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
  • Color mode: All ads should be in RGB color mode.

Image specifications

The image creative must comply with the following specifications:

  • Minimum: 5 Mbps / 5,000 Kbps.

Some publishers or exchange sellers require a file with a bit rate of 15,000 kbps.
